Dan Caldarone

Dan provides general business law services to clients, with a specialty in franchise law.  Dan's clients range from small start-up businesses to large national and international organizations.

Dan began his career in private practice, including years as a Partner at a large Bay Street law firm in Toronto.  Dan also has years of in-house counsel experience, including experience as Legal Counsel and General Counsel to some of Canada's largest and best known franchise brands.  Dan is recognized by clients for providing practical and cost-effective legal solutions without losing sight of the business objectives of his clients.
